๐ Short Handed Cavaliers Fall to Celtics 109-102
In a gritty showdown, the Cleveland Cavaliers put up a strong fight but ultimately fell short against the Boston Celtics, with a final score of 109-102. Missing their star player Donovan Mitchell due to a knee injury, the Cavaliers faced an uphill battle. Despite a slow start, Darius Garland emerged as the top performer for Cleveland, delivering 30 points and seven assists. Evan Mobley also made significant contributions with 19 points, nine rebounds, and three assists. Caris LeVert matched Mobley's 19 points, while Max Strus added 15, yet their efforts were insufficient to overcome the Celtics' strong offense led by Jayson Tatum with 33 points and Jaylen Brown with 27. With this victory, Boston now leads the series 3-1, setting the stage for a potential series clincher at home on Wednesday night.

๐๏ธ Spring Into Lawn Care: Essential Tips for a Healthy Yard
Springtime is crucial for lawn care, offering the perfect opportunity to prepare your lawn for the upcoming warm months. Hereโs a comprehensive guide to ensure your lawn remains healthy and vibrant:
Cleanup: Begin by raking up fallen leaves, dead grass, and other debris. This not only cleans your lawn but also prepares it for further treatments.
Soil Testing: Assess the nutrient levels and pH of your soil to determine what your lawn needs. You can use an at-home soil test kit or seek professional testing through a local cooperative extension, nursery, or university.
Lawn Mower Maintenance: Ensure your mower is in top condition by sharpening the blades and performing a tune-up, which should include replacing the air filter, the spark plug if necessary, and adding fresh gas. Sharp blades are essential as they cut the grass cleanly, preventing damage that could lead to disease.
Aeration: Aerating your lawn is vital, especially if itโs prone to heavy foot traffic or has compacted soil. Use a core aerator that removes plugs of soil, allowing air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the ground more effectively.
Dethatching: Monitor the thatch, or the layer of decomposing organic material on your lawn. If it exceeds 1/2-inch in thickness, it can hinder the growth of your grass. Use a dethatching rake to remove excess thatch if necessary.
Fertilization: Fertilize cool-season grasses early in the spring and warm-season grasses in mid-to-late spring. Opt for slow-release or organic fertilizers for sustained growth and healthier grass.
Weed Prevention: Apply a pre-emergent herbicide when the soil temperature reaches 58 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent weeds like crabgrass from emerging.
Grub Control: Address potential grub issues before they cause damage. Apply a preventative treatment such as chemical pesticides or organic options like milky spore if grubs have been a problem in the past.
Spring lawn care is essential for a healthy, beautiful lawn. Key steps include cleaning up debris, testing soil, maintaining lawn equipment, aerating, dethatching, fertilizing, applying herbicides, and controlling grubs. By following these steps, you can ensure your lawn is well-prepared to thrive during the growing season.
