💥 Two Mentor Teens Injured After E-Bike Crash With SUV at Munson Intersection
Two Mentor teens hospitalized after e-bike collision with SUV at busy intersection
MENTOR, Ohio — Two 15-year-olds suffered injuries Tuesday afternoon after the e-bike they were riding collided with an SUV at a Mentor intersection, according to local police.
Officers were called to the intersection of Munson Road and Melshore Road at approximately 1:10 p.m. following reports of a crash involving an e-bike and a passenger vehicle.
Preliminary findings from the Mentor Police Department indicate that a 2017 Ford Escape was entering Munson Road from Melshore Road when it struck the e-bike carrying the two teenagers.
The driver of the SUV was not hurt in the incident.
Emergency responders transported both teens to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital for treatment. Authorities said the injuries sustained by the riders were not considered life-threatening.
Munson Road was temporarily shut down as investigators from the department's Accident Investigative Unit examined the crash scene and gathered evidence.
The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.

🍏 7 Tiny Habits That Can Have a Surprisingly Big Impact on Your Health
When it comes to improving our health, many of us assume we need dramatic changes: strict diets, intense workout plans, or a complete lifestyle overhaul.
But research continues to show that small, consistent habits often matter more than occasional bursts of motivation.
Some of the simplest habits can have surprisingly powerful effects:
• Taking a 10-minute walk after meals
• Drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning
• Going to bed 15 minutes earlier
• Standing up and stretching during long periods of sitting
• Adding one extra serving of fruits or vegetables each day
• Spending a few minutes outside in fresh air and sunlight
• Taking a moment to connect with a friend or loved one
None of these habits will transform your life overnight. But together, they can improve energy levels, support heart health, boost mood, and help create momentum toward bigger goals.
The truth is that better health isn't usually built through perfection. It's built through repetition.
You don't have to do everything.
Sometimes, the smallest changes are the ones that stick.
👉🏻 Click through to discover why these tiny habits work—and how to choose the one that's right for you this week.

⚾ Captains at Loons Rained Out on Tuesday
MIDLAND, MI — The Lake County Captains' game against the Great Lakes Loons on Tuesday night was postponed due to inclement weather in Midland, Michigan.
The postponement will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday, with the first game scheduled to begin at 5:35 p.m. Both games will be played at Dow Diamond, home of the Loons.
The timing is significant for Lake County, which enters the final days of the first half of the Midwest League season locked in a three-way tie for first place in the East Division. With the first-half championship still up for grabs, every game carries added importance as the Captains battle for a postseason berth.
⚾ Mitchell's Late Blast Lifts Brewers Past Guardians in 2-1 Thriller
MILWAUKEE, WI — The Cleveland Guardians dropped a tightly contested 2-1 decision to the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday night, with Garrett Mitchell's seventh-inning home run proving to be the difference.
After being limited to three hits through the first six innings, Cleveland tied the game in the seventh against Aaron Ashby. Stuart Fairchild drew a one-out walk, advanced on a wild pitch and scored on Gabriel Arias' two-out single to make it 1-1.
The Brewers answered immediately in the bottom half of the inning when Mitchell led off against Hunter Gaddis with a towering solo shot to center field, his fifth home run of the season.
Milwaukee had taken a 1-0 lead in the fourth inning on Brice Turang's two-out solo homer off Guardians starter Slade Cecconi, who otherwise kept Cleveland within striking distance.
The Guardians threatened earlier in the sixth, putting runners on second and third with two outs, but Joel Kuhnel escaped the jam by inducing an inning-ending groundout from pinch-hitter Daniel Schneemann.
Milwaukee starter Robert Gasser held Cleveland to two hits over 5 2/3 scoreless innings before the Guardians finally broke through in the seventh. The Brewers' bullpen then shut the door, with Abner Uribe stranding a runner at third in the eighth and Trevor Megill earning his ninth save.
Cleveland will look to even the series Wednesday behind Gavin Williams (9-3, 3.32 ERA), who is scheduled to face Milwaukee's Brandon Sproat (1-4, 5.70 ERA).
