CRS Roofing began as a family-run operation with decades of experience behind it. After working in the roofing industry for years, Juarez launched the business with a simple goal—doing things the right way. His son now manages the roofing crews, and his daughter leads social media and branding efforts.

“The idea was never to become the biggest,” Juarez says. “It was to be the best. And to build something we could all be proud of.”

Many team members have been with the company from the beginning. Training, safety, and a sense of ownership are built into the company’s DNA.

CRS Roofing isn’t chasing fast growth—it’s focused on steady expansion rooted in the same family values it started with. Juarez envisions broadening exterior services and potentially opening another location to serve more of Northeast Ohio.

“We’re not just here to put up roofs,” he says. “We’re here to build something lasting—relationships, homes, and a company our kids can be proud of.”
